1.1. General Principle
Due to their nature requiring direct contact and being considered under personal use, Parfumane products are not eligible for return or exchange. This decision is not merely a logistical preference but a fixed policy taken into account with the product’s nature of use and ethical responsibilities.


1.2. Product Nature and Non-Returnable Condition
The majority of products offered at Parfumane come into contact with the skin, respiratory tract, or directly with the personal area. Even the opening of the package, trying the product, or brief contact makes the product irrevocably unsuitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons.

Therefore:

  • No used, tested, or opened products will be accepted for return.
  • Even if the content remains intact, products delivered to a customer will not be redirected to another customer.
  • Requests for exchange, even with a different variant of the product, will not be accepted.

This approach aims to protect product safety and the customer’s personal privacy. Each product is considered exclusive to the first person it reaches.


1.3. Cancellation During Order Preparation
For orders where payment has been completed but shipment has not yet begun, cancellation may be considered if the customer submits a written request. However, this must be notified to support@parfumane.com before the preparation process starts.

Once the preparation stage has started, the product is considered reserved and allocated personally. In this case, cancellation or modification is not possible.


1.4. Post-Delivery Feedback and Technical Review
If the delivered product has an obvious physical defect from production or a technical fault preventing its use, the customer may contact Parfumane with visual and written proof.

This notification will be evaluated as after-sales support; however, it does not guarantee a return or exchange process. The customer’s request will be technically reviewed, and the result will be communicated in writing.


1.5. Information and Customer Responsibility
Parfumane provides clear information about product contents, storage conditions, and usage before purchase. Through labels, barcode inquiry systems, and explanations on the website, customers can access details about the product’s nature.

Therefore, dissatisfaction with the product’s nature or differences in personal expectations are not accepted as grounds for return.
